We’re currently looking for production workers to join our Foam Conversion team.
Exciting Update – We’re Moving!
- Our Carole Park operations are moving to Heathwood
- You may commence at our current site and transition to the new location
- The new facility will offer an improved working environment
- Successful Candidates must be flexible to travel to the new site once operational
About the Role:
You will work in a production environment processing foam products through cutting, fabrication, lamination, and packing. Work is completed in accordance with procedures, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Operate foam cutting, laminating, and fabrication equipment (training provided)
- Handle and assemble foam products to specification
- Pack finished goods and prepare them for dispatch
- Follow detailed work orders and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear the required PPE
- Report hazards, faults, or quality issues promptly
About You:
We’re seeking motivated, reliable team players who enjoy hands-on work, are safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. As well as:
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player with a good attitude
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable with manual handling
