The opportunity
Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored foam solutions.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring strong partnerships, consistent service delivery, and long-term account growth. As well as:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and action upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Analyse customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal sales, operations and product teams
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
About you
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and driving results. As well as:
- Proven experience in Account Management or B2B sales
- Manufacturing or industrial products experience (foams desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organisational capability
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive sales decisions
