Did you know??  Our Dunlop Foams products are 100% recyclable. We cleverly reuse all captured waste used to manufacture other products, such as carpet underlay.

The opportunity

You'll build and nurture relationships, drive sales growth, and be a driving force behind our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As well as:  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base, driving revenue growth
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience

About you

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a successful Account Manager within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the foams sector. As well as:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to analyse client data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable
